Returns & Exchanges

At Rock'Em, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
